7. The other small irritation is that in every hotel I stay in, I have the concierge call the airport shuttle for me to return at the end of the stay.

When I called the concierge (who would not have been slammed by any means while we were there, as it was off-season), we had to have quite a go-around to figure out why he should call them for me (given that local calls are charged by the hotel, could this be a cash grab?) - in the end, he finally did book the shuttle for me, however, he did it under my roommate's name.

9. Definitely not the Marriott!(I would say 'ok, the price was low, so I guess that's fine', EXCEPT, why have a concierge at all then.
