6. The shower was gross: brown/dirty tub bottom (which is cleaned by room service every day, with bleach, would never happen), dust on glass shelves, and worse (thank god I'm not in a wheelchair)- the basic items like shampoo, tissue, etc are all on a shelf placed at forehead level with me- aprox.

7. for those curious- the room service IS extremely cheap, the cheapest I've seen since the early 90s, but we were rightfully wary of it having seen the condition of the hotel, the laxity of the staff, and our rooms.

9. We walked into a candlelit room, complete with champagne on ice and chocolate covered strawberries; the feather top king sized bed was extremely comfortable, and the breakfast in bed delivered by room service was the perfect touch for a lazy sleep-in morning.
