The hotel
manager
gave this little a teddy bear to comfort her during her stay; before she left she gave back the teddy bear to pass it down to the next little girl who might encounter the same situation as she did.

mustered up just enough professionalism in customer service long enough to waive the fee.

was unapologetic and unwilling to accept any kind of blame, using 'a wedding' as the excuse for the mix up, something ANY large, popular hotel should be able to handle blindfolded.
