1. The towel bar above the toilet broke as soon as we tried to hang a towel from it and even though we had booked the room for 3 people, there were only enough towels for 2 people.

3. Bed linens were stained, flithy looking feather comforter that was placed in between two top flat sheets, towels were torn, broken toilet paper dispenser, clogged up drains, unclean waste baskets with no plastic bags, dust was heavy everywhere, especially noticeable on sink-toilet lid-lampshades-TV-desks.

8. Don't dare to go to their poolI stayed there with my husband an my twoo kids for a weekend and we were out most of the time, but we dacided to stay one afternoon (Saturday) and go to the pool, where there were no towels and my husband had to go out twice to ask for them before they brought them.

10. We were about 8 families staying in this hotel for a hockey tournament; here are my comments with regards to my 6 nights stay: 1) Housekeeping 'forgot' to make my room twice - beds & taking garbage out 2) Only had 3 towels, but we were 4 to stay in the room?3) Housekeeping took MY 3 wine glasses that I had brought from home - they took them from the bathroom counter - I had washed them & let them there to dry.
