5. Also, I have never stayed at a Hilton that didn't have nice bed linens (duvet, sheets, etc.) At the Starbucks on site, I was directed to toast my bagel in a toaster that couldn't toast if it wanted to try.

Bed linens were stained, flithy looking feather comforter that was placed in between two top flat sheets, towels were torn, broken toilet paper dispenser, clogged up drains, unclean waste baskets with no plastic bags, dust was heavy everywhere, especially noticeable on sink-toilet lid-lampshades-TV-desks.
