1. The beachfront is poor and has too-few chaises, etc. The towel attendant only spoke broken English and was extremely rude.

3. in hotel rooms (flip flops in the shower, socks or flip flops throughout the room, check towels and sheets for weird stains before I use them) When we got there, I saw the room before my mom got there so on the way to show her she jokingly asked, "Is it to your standard?" My reply "It's wayyyyy my standard!" This hotel was spectacular.

4. Unlike Chris, he required us to sign for our towels, and the method to this madness soon became clear: his sign-in clipboard had several currency bills under the clip bar as some sort of 'shakedown' for more.

5. The pool/beach concierge does deliver popsicles, drink samples, and frozen towels but it is only once per day-not on demand.
