1. Very clean and accommodating, head of housekeeping brought us to our room and made sure everything was o.

9. Housekeeping may have been short staffed though because we were trying to get ready at 5pm one evening and they were just getting around to our room, we declined service but asked for new towels.

10. Everyone from the front desk, housekeeping, valet, wait staff at the pool and sequirity were incredibly kind, friendly and very helpful picking restaurants, activities etc. all with a huge smile and incredible friendliness.
