3. We arrived to check-in very early (10:30 AM) and while our rooms weren't yet ready, the front desk staff and concierge were gracious and helpful.

4. I would recommend that they get an additional Concierge to help people book tours etc. There was only one person and there was always a line - who wants to stand in line when you are on vacation unless it is at Disney.

5. The rooms were well-appointed, the beach was lovely, I enjoyed going to the gym everyday, the restaurant's food was tasty, every staff member we encountered from cleaning to concierge were pleasant and helpful and it was within walking distance to the Duval Street area.

9. The pool/beach concierge does deliver popsicles, drink samples, and frozen towels but it is only once per day-not on demand.
