1. The linens/towels were clean and in good shape and in general the entire hotel was very clean.

4. The room was clean, a nice firm bed with good pillows, good sized bath towels, in room coffee, free continental breakfast with bagels, cereal, fruit, waffles, yogurt, etc. Free parking.

9. we stayed for two nights and three days and our beds were not made and we ran out of towels,other than that everything else was fine,the staff the parking and the breakfast was good my boyfriend and i are planing to be back in boston soon it's a beautiful place with lots to do and see.
