1. By the way, there was a small refrigerator and a mincrowave oven in the room; next property was a small strip mall with a Panera Bread restaurant (excellent) and an Olive Garden (fair - not impressed).

6. Again, asked the front desk for a good seafood restaurant and SARAHI AYALE, went the extra mile and called the UNION OYSTER HOUSE (BEST SEAFOOD EVER) to get directions and parking and printed me a copy of the driving directions.

9. That evening we walked down Boston street to an Italian restaurant (recommended by front desk) It was great and at no time did we feel like we were in any danger.

10. Sure, it's great that it is located two blocks from the T station and yes, it is rather convenient that there are stores and restaurants within walking distance.
