5. There was a washer and dryer in the basement with free washing powder which was very handy when all our clean clothes got drenched and staff were happy to help change our money into quarters.

7. We`ve been stuck in this hotel for a week because we prepaid and they will not refund our money in order for us to seek better accomodations despite their 'hospitality guarantee' that if something`s wrong they`ll make it right or you won`t pay.

8. I think the money we saved from booking this hotel to one downtown was worth it as the travel back and fro was not a problem and was actually good part of the holiday.

9. Across the street is a market so it's great if you want to save money since the Holiday Inn has a mini fridge and a microwave.
