2. Room was cleaned everyday with fresh linen and towels,we had reason to use concierge a few times and found them very helpful and knowledgable, across he road from hotel are a couple of 24 hour delis which was good if you ran out of anything or was wanting a quick snack.

3. the room itself, well it was a bit rough around the edges in places, but the housekeeping staff did a great job, even changing the towels daily which a lot of hotels don't do any more.

5. Our room was 204 and the down side was we did not have any new york skyline however the room was a decent size the bathroom , towels , bedding were immaculateand the beds really comfortable.

On arriving back at the hotel our room was spotless with clean sheets towels and anything else that had been used inc cups, tissues etc. On our final day at the hotel we didn't have to check out until 12 which was useful however our flight home wasn't until 11pm, this wasn't a problem as our bags were stored in a locked room and we were charged a dollar a bag (nothing for piece of mind when you've shopped NY out!)All in all a very pleasant hotel with lovely staff and when returning to New York we will definitely be staying here again.

8. Overall the hotel was clean and bed/towels were changed every day which was suprising but nice.
