1. Lady at the desk said our room had been taken so she would upgrade us free of charge to the a bigger room for the night which i thought was good of them.

3. I booked this hotel after staying in fairfield hotel in 8th ave for 3 days because it was cheaper, I called them to ask if I can store my luggage for one day before checking it and they say yes and free of charge.

6. We checked out at 10 so we could do sightseeing before we left, checked our luggage with the hotel (they charge $1/bag), and were able to leave the car in the parking until 3pm.

8. They do charge to hold your bags if you arrive early before the 3pm check-in time and charge you again if you check out and need to leave your bags prior to actually leaving the hotel.
