1. It was a couple of blocks to walk to Times Square so you are not RIGHT in the middle of it and 2 blocks to the nearest Subway station, all in all a good comfortable hotel to check out Manhatten.

3. We assumed we would be in the same room for the two nights (pre tour and night one of tour) but were advised that we would have to check out after the first night , they would put our luggage in a safe holding, then book in again the following day.

4. On check out day my bus didn't leave until 12 so as i was waiting the cleaning service came in 5 times to see if i was leaving.

6. They do charge to hold your bags if you arrive early before the 3pm check-in time and charge you again if you check out and need to leave your bags prior to actually leaving the hotel.

On arriving back at the hotel our room was spotless with clean sheets towels and anything else that had been used inc cups, tissues etc. On our final day at the hotel we didn't have to check out until 12 which was useful however our flight home wasn't until 11pm, this wasn't a problem as our bags were stored in a locked room and we were charged a dollar a bag (nothing for piece of mind when you've shopped NY out!)All in all a very pleasant hotel with lovely staff and when returning to New York we will definitely be staying here again.

9. The hotel charges for parking (no surprise in NYC), for wi-fi on a 24-hour basis, for use of the PC in the lobby, and for storing luggage after you check out.
