2. wow!we have just returned from 5 nights in the Skyline, the hotel staff were friendly and helpful (from the general manager that let me into his office to see some of the boxing memrobilia he had aquired over the years living in NY, to the night porter who helped me locate a pub on 2nd Ave to watch football at 07:00, and finally the bell boy Tomas who sorted our bags out and arranged a pick up at the hotel to JFK), The room for the price we paid (3 peeps) was superb, kingsize bed and fold down bed all very comfy and clean.

4. Now the not so good; we had a lot of issues, but the hotel staff and manager were accomadating in taking care of them.

5. Front desk staff were rude and the management was ok, the assistant manager tried to help me and also offered me a phone call home if I needed (felt as if it was my one phone call) the general manager could not even get out of his office to speak to me.
