1. Then the windows do not open, they were dirty as hell, the carpet had stains, the bathroom had cigarette burns on the conter top, the curtins also had cigarett burns, there was hair in the tub, the towels were rough, the fridge was broken, and mind you it was painted over white, the safe was rusty, the iron hardly got hot, the water pressure was weak, the room key didn't work most of the time, the air conditioner blew out heat, the housekeeping didn't clean, they stole my manicure set, they were stingy with towels and washcloths, the tv was like from 1992, the remote didn't work, there was only 1 mirror in the poorly lit bathroom throught the whole room, the smoke alarm was broken, the cable wire was hanging out of the wall, there was no blanket (I guess because they knew the air conditioner was broken), and to top it I cought pnk eye.

2. My family and i had to take a bath and use dirty towels after 3 times of us calling and three hours of waiting for them to bring us clean towels,not even the front desk manager seemed to care.

3. (There is no central air) We called maintanance, and a house keeper came with dirty towels and simply asked us what we wanted her to do.

5. Mainly because my expectations were high and even though we didn't originally have comforters or wash towels I would have been satisfied if they quickly fixed the problem.

7. Also they charged us a resort fee for two rooms but when we went to the beach we were only allowed towels and chairs for one room.
