1. I also don't see any major hotelier coming in and buying the property and knocking this dump down because the neighborhood it's in ain't that great (overall, I wasn't impressed with Miami either).

3. In the neighborhood, not the loveliest stretch of Collins Ave, there were a number of small, reasonably priced restaurants, including one that delivers to the hotel, so it was possible to eat inexpensively without resorting to fast food.

9. There is basically nowhere to walk on the street either since the neighborhood is pretty seedy, with quite a few homeless laying down at Walgreen's right across the street.
