1. The Sales Manager was a nice guy, but they need to do like the Eden Roc did and spend millions of dollars to renovate if they hope to restart their tradition of a classic hotel on the beach.

3. To her credit, the night manager was professional and courteous in her approach and sorted out the rooms as per booking without any fuss nor any pleading on our part.

4. My family and i had to take a bath and use dirty towels after 3 times of us calling and three hours of waiting for them to bring us clean towels,not even the front desk manager seemed to care.

6. Manager attempted to do his best to resolve the situation by not charging 1 out of our 2 night stay at this dump and offered to pay for our taxi to the airport (which was a shuttle in the end, not even a taxi!).
