1. I called downstairs and they couldn't believe we had a dirty room, they assured us housekeeping would come up and clean it, so we left for the Reunion.

5. Not very much valet parking, hotel is very old, no outlets in rooms no room decor no place to hang all wet clothes from beach, very small bathrooms, not like shown on website picture, needed better brand of amenities, housekeeping didn’t give us washcloths.

7. If the room needs maintenance beware, most employees of engineering only speak spanish and I couldn't find anyone in housekeeping who knew english.
