1. I wish I could find a hotel somewhere that provides huge, plush, oversize towels, but I haven't stayed at one yet so it's hard to fault them for that.

3. The bathroom was a reasonable size, the shower was strong (a surprise for people who live in England!) with OK toiletries, no towelling robes or shower caps though - as other Hyatt hotels do.

5. What I found interesting about the bathroom was that the sink basin was set back with a large 'lip' (?) and there was a metal towel rack attached to the front of the entire sinktop.

6. Initially there were only 3 towel sets and a tv cable was missing, but following a quick call to housekeeping both issues were resolved within 10 minutes.
