1. Had a few minor problems which the very professional manager Misty did accomadate us the next dI will go back to this Hyatt as I felt the room was beautiful and the staff professional.

4. We asked for an extended check out on 22nd due to arriving so late, but the Manager on the front desk would not budge an inch - which I thought was a little mean given that they don't let people check-in until 4pm.

7. We weren't complaining or arguing about this 10 dollar charge, we were just laughing at our own carelessness, and the manager apologized to us about something that quite honestly was our mistake.
