5. - Very friendly staff (front desk, services, housekeeping)- Beautiful view on NYC skyline- Comfortable beds and pillows (soft & firm)But one remark: staff in Vu restaurant is not performing up to standards.

6. I leave a small gratuity on a notepad for housekeeping each day and for the first time ever I received a 'Thank You' from the housekeeper on the notepad when I returned.

7. Initially there were only 3 towel sets and a tv cable was missing, but following a quick call to housekeeping both issues were resolved within 10 minutes.
