Gwendolyn (concierge) who thoroughly assisted me with the Path Train and train's, Khadisha (front desk) who was very helpful and empathetic of our situation, Cindy, Ivette, and Adnan of the Vu Lounge (TY Ivette for finding dad's meds!), and the very friendly valets Scott and Henry, and Adam and Kirill (bartenders).

7. Everytime we called ahead (20 mins) for our car to be brought up and when we got to the valet they acted like they had no clue who we were (we stayed for 5 days)and it took another 20 minutes to finally get our car.
