1. My family adored the staff and our suite with a separate sitting area was very nice indeed.

2. I received a complimentary upgrade to a jr suite- king bed with seating area that has a curtain that can be drawn so someone can be watching tv in the sitting area while another is in bed.

4. Overall, a really nice hotel, in need of some refurbishing, and if you ever wanted to splurge on a grand suite, the Luxury Suite is the way to go.

Immediate access to the 'T' (Boston mass transit only $15.00 for 7-day pass and very easy to use even with transfers); flanked by two good restaurants - Eastern Standard and Island Creek Oyster Bar; very helpful staff; great location for walking to restaurants, shopping, sites including downtown; very close to Fenway Park for Red Sox fans; junior suite large and well designed with good reading light and second tv for those who are awake during middle of night; safe neighborhood.
