1. From the moment I arrived, the bellmen were very customer focused, the room was outstanding, the bed, sheets, towels, were impeccable as well.

2. The rooms are clean with all the things you need-a safe, towels galore, bathrobe, slippers, glasses, ice, alarm clock, beautiful shampoo and if you don't have it right there, the friendly staff will gladly find what you are looking for.

3. Spacious with a separate room for the toilet for privacy, two sinks, plenty of towels and a bath/shower.

4. While these rooms may be very accomodating if you are handicapped, the bathrooms are terrible if you're not - sinks with no counter space, no towel hooks, terrible, low-pressure showers.

7. I love how this place nails every important detail: wonderful Fresh toiletries, iPod/blackberry chargers, powerful water pressure, origami-folded towels, terry robe and new slippers, Panasonic flat screen TVs, stickers on the toilet paper, thick curtains.

8. The room amenities were elegant including towels, sheets, 'fresh' toiletries products and a comfortable sitting area with desk and 2 tvs.
