1. From the moment I arrived, the bellmen were very customer focused, the room was outstanding, the bed, sheets, towels, were impeccable as well.

7. My room was wonderfully spacious with a comfortable bed and a large sitting area that can be blocked off with drapes so a second person can use the sitting room (which has a desk) without bothering someone sleeping.

9. Though only in Boston for a short visit, this was truly a wonderful experience - great staff, friendly environment, really lovely room and comfortable bed, and probably the best eggs benedict that I have had in a very long while.
