3. The first thing to realize about this hotel, is that there are regular rooms in one building and then fantastic, apartment-like suites in another building, called the Mansion.

5. He was helpful in every way - suggesting restaurants to suit our tastes (where the locals eat - no chains or touristy places), arranging transportation, providing directions, etc. He even printed off a list of restaurants in Ft.

6. If you don't feel as though you need to be in the heart of South Beach than this hotel will suit you just fine.

7. The pool is right outside the lobby so people walk through the lobby in their bathing suits - pros and cons, I guess.

8. We initially didn't have a room as the had overbooked (common in the states in August) and we were eventually, after much debate and arguement, given the junior suite at no additional cost.

9. My fiance and I stayed in a suite overlooking the pool and there was lots of space, the room was very clean and it had a lovely view over the pool.
