1. The rooms are small but clean with all the necessary amenities.

3. Amenities were awesome, for $10.00/day resort fee, you got complimentary breakfast, free internet access, free use of pool and beach lounge chairs and towels, and happy hour daily from 6:30 - 8 pm.

Breakfast was pitiful and while you were charged for this there was not enough room for all guests and the plates, knives, forks etc were plastic - I would NEVER expect this in a hotelFinally the hotel was a good distance from South Beach and there are not many amenities around, taxi fares of $10 each time do add up.
