4. Good location, Staff was friendly and helpfull, breakfast OK only dishes abd cuttlery was all disposable stuff, rooms clean, however it was good value for the money.

5. This is not a resort, however, and anyone booking for that purpose might be disappointed, but for a short term stay in a nice location it would be a very good value if you can get a discount from neighboring hotel rates.

10. We checked out after one night, and got a room double the size, with bath tub, coffee maker, etc at the BW next block for less moneyI don't think Circa 39 offers good value for the money.
