1. Not for room service or even wi-fi, but stupid stuff, like occupancy fees.
"Trendy hotel at a good price " Read full review on TripAdvisor   5/3/2010 Vote
2. The $110 a night fee is not bad for a pretty good location BUT, when you get there they have a mandatory $7.95 per night fee and if you want a cabana/breakfast/and gym-use you have to shell-out another $9.
"Horrible 3-star hotel off Priceline " Read full review on TripAdvisor   4/5/2010 Vote
3. I personally didn't have a problem with the hotel fee.
"Loved Circa 39! Planning a return trip in the Spring! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   11/5/2009 Vote
4. pay the extra $10 a night and go somewhere else, they charge $11 for access fee or something like that.
"Stay away from this place very noisy " Read full review on TripAdvisor   2/5/2009 Vote
5. For under $90 (including the $9.95 hotel fee ) we had a decent-size clean room, comfortable king bed, use of swimming pool, free wireless internet, and adequate continental breakfast (brown and white toast, pastries and muffins, cereals, fresh orange juice and a selection of hot drinks.
"Value for money " Read full review on TripAdvisor   12/2/2008 Vote
6. I know fruit is expensive these days, but if you ask guests to pay an additional $16.50 fee per day for luxuries like a continental breakfast and happy hour drinks - and, like me, you don't drink alcohol so the second part really doesn't even apply - you really expect to get something for your money.
"Totally reasonable and pleasant " Read full review on TripAdvisor   6/9/2008 Vote
7. The fee included a large breakfast, free drinks at happy hour (but tips were always expected), and beach towels (my advice is to get yours early or else you'll end up with a dirty beach towel later on).
"$10 goes a long way at Circa 39! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   8/19/2007 Vote
8. The resort fee provided free chairs and towels for the beach.
"Hotel was a delight " Read full review on TripAdvisor   7/23/2007 Vote
9. The resort fee does seem like a tack-on extra, but this fee gives you beach chairs, towels, and happy hour at the bar with a nice selection of premium beers.
"A great experience " Read full review on TripAdvisor   7/6/2007 Vote
10. Note: I checked after returning home and the fees were explained on the website, I just did not read the fine print.
