1. There are a lot of very expensive options in the area but this was a brilliant low cost alternative.

2. It's across the street from the beach and they have a deal where if you pay and extra $10 a night you get a free bed on the beach daily(that costs $10-15 alone)plus all you can drink at happy hour from 6:30-8.

5. We booked a heavily discounted special for a twin bed room in the basement and were surprised with an upgrade to a queen corner room at no extra cost.

7. Very centric since it is near Miami Beach, The beach towels and chairs are included with an additional low cost.

8. We initially didn't have a room as the had overbooked (common in the states in August) and we were eventually, after much debate and arguement, given the junior suite at no additional cost.
