1. With about 20 floors we were unlucky enough to be put in a room next to a big suite full of women celebrating a hens night and it was so loud.

3. Had initial problem when we arrived, due to our travel agent not advising hotel of room upgrade that we had paid for but thankfully hotel honoured upgrade and gave us a lovely suite on 13th floor, which had great view over the city.
