1. Guest service at the Hotel is outstanding: really great, and not only because they gave us a late check out unitl 3pm free of charge.

2. You can get a very good service in the lobby, right at the concierge desk, where there is a Computer which gives you the opportunity (free of charge) to check you flight, make on lone chek in and print the boarding passes.

5. Rooms are totally functional -- very comfortable beds, nominal internet charge ($9.95), a mini-bar (careful of the automated charges), floor to ceiling windows, good TV channel choices, etc.Everyone from the front desk to housekeeping are exceptionally friendly and eager to please.
