7. With the exception of some of the ridiculous charges for items within the room and services in the hotel, we enjoyed our stay and were glad to be in an area with some things going on.

8. Great courteous staff, our room was cleaned each day even though we got out of our room really late a few times, and some of the staff members provided us with good tips on places in the area as well as tips for South Beach.

9. This is one of those great hotels that lets you combine business with pleasure, with a great business center and excellent rooms (particularly if you are an Ambassador member and get a bay view room).
