1. The duty manager was excellent, no fuss, no dramas, he was professional and quickly sorted out the issues.

2. Furthermore, I nearly missed my flight after a 20-30 minute disaster in the valet line, when for some unexplicable reason, the valet manager decided to block the entire road to let a few people unload entire carloads of bicycles, essentially holding up about 20 cars trying to leave.
