1. Long story short, I stopped the payment with my bank and will never use or recommend the spa services at the intercontinental again.

4. Also, the spa was very quiet and really beautiful with the stone floors and mosaic walls - the relaxation room is cozy and really relaxing with its little waterfalls and low lighting - and there is a steam room, sauna and drench shower as well.

My wife and I love staying at the IC because of the friendly, attentive and helpful staff, as well as the spacious rooms, breath-taking view of the bay and South Beach, a delicious buffet in the Indigo restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner, a private pool with adjacent bar and outdoor TVs, one of the best spas I have ever seen, a convenient Starbucks and gift shop in the lobby, and a quaint, private bar for an evening cocktail.
