The room we were given was smaller than a dorm room, the lighting was terrible (fluorescent lighting), the snacks in the room were typical of that found at 7-Eleven (not Dean and Deluca as their website claims), The bath products are by bigalow (not Kiehl's as their website claims), and the $30 a day parking for hotel guests is the biggest rip off ever (not to mention inconvenient).

7. You also have to pay for everything - no complementary tea or coffee in your room (which can add considerably to the cost of your stay).

10. ) After some polite back and forth with security they reluctantly agreed to let me take it to my room but recorded my room number and said there would be a number of checks during the evening to make sure there was no rowdiness.
