1. While some of the rooms are very small, and they don`t come cheaply, the service that we received from the concierges (Lauren and Adam), bellhops, and parking attendants was outstanding.

2. After the first night I hunted around for cheaper parking in the area and found great overnight parking next to the Renaissance hotel for only $10 per night in a very safe,huge parking garage,only a short walk up the road.

The room we were given was smaller than a dorm room, the lighting was terrible (fluorescent lighting), the snacks in the room were typical of that found at 7-Eleven (not Dean and Deluca as their website claims), The bath products are by bigalow (not Kiehl's as their website claims), and the $30 a day parking for hotel guests is the biggest rip off ever (not to mention inconvenient).

10. Beware valet charges you $30 a day to park your car and you have to give them plenty of notice to fetch your car, although there will be several attendants standing around with nothing to do.
