1. Internet connection was speedy and although there was no WI-FI at our room, they provided an ethernet cable at the reception free of charge which was a nice touch.

5. I know each of these issues sound minor and random, but, my general feeling is that for the price they charge per room, you should expect good customer service and attention to details.

6. Also be aware that when you check in they charge your credit card $150 for every night you will be there as incidentals then refund it on check out.

7. After staying there for a few hours we headed to the front desk at around 2am and after speaking the with concierge (who smiled upon hearing the suicidal remark) were offered a second floor pool view cabana room for no extra charge.
