1. Generally good but needs some more like the bathroom shower to be fixed and the wireless internet access for free.

2. Hotel room was very comfortable and luxe, but the bathroom felt almost like a prison cell with concrete floors and walls and strange orange mood lighting.

3. The mini bar in the room is imaginative, quirky and fun and the rooms are much nicer than the common areas might lead you to believe, in fact they are very comfortable with great bathrooms.

4. We were moved down to the 4th floor, but the new room we were given was quite a lot larger with two queen beds fitted with quality Sferra linens which made them amazingly comfortable, a large walk in wardrobe and a small but funky bathroom with great Kiehls toiletry products.

8. The shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom were really nice but they really need to figure something else out for the shower door, every time we took a shower the entire bathroom floor was covered in water.
