7. - Elevators are tight, but run quickly and there are two of themPros:- One block off Magnificent Mile- Turnover service is great with brownies left on your bed-Fitness Center was packed with the right equipment and the spa is wonderful- Hotel Staff is knowledgable and friendly.

9. By way of a summary, we particularly enjoyed the location, the attitude of the staff, the turndown service, the bed is one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in - quite cloud-like!- and generally we were not disappointed with any aspect of the hotel encountered during our stay.
