1. Having that Trader Joe's across the street was helpful and there is a Starbucks around the corner, too.

2. They realized I was staying there for an extended period of time and I was able to rent a fridge for my room so I could grab some food/snacks/drinks at the Trader Joe's across the street, which was a huge plus.

3. The sushi place on the other side of Ontario has great sushi and there is a Trader Joe's right across the street as well - convenient.
