2. It was our first time in Chicago and the Concierge staff were very helpful with some good tips on sightseeing tours and helping us book them, etc. Complimentary Wifi worked like a dream at all times.

8. - Elevators are tight, but run quickly and there are two of themPros:- One block off Magnificent Mile- Turnover service is great with brownies left on your bed-Fitness Center was packed with the right equipment and the spa is wonderful- Hotel Staff is knowledgable and friendly.
