7. The concierge was very helpful and the staff were friendly, standard rooms beautiful with lovley bedding and canopys over the bed, cosy and warm and very clean, stunning little vibey coffee shop right next door and Grand central right around the corner .

9. Love the bar and the touch of Irish throughout the hotel including the wonderful Irish bartender who really knew who to take care of all the lonely business travellers coming in for a nightcap before bed.
