2. The concierge was very helpful and the staff were friendly, standard rooms beautiful with lovley bedding and canopys over the bed, cosy and warm and very clean, stunning little vibey coffee shop right next door and Grand central right around the corner .

8. The location was perfect, a really nice cozy hotel with the most friendly and helpful staff I have ever come across, a special mention to the duty manager and concierge on duty on 29th April forgive me for not getting their names but we were rushing to the airport.
