1. I handed over 3 x $50 bills expecting $20 change ,he handed me a $10 and jumped out ran around the back at which time my wife was standing with our cases ,as i got to the back of the car he jumped back in and sped away.

2. Well, I have to admit that my employer was footing the bill and we got bumped up to a suite so my review might be a bit biased as I wasn't thinking how much I was paying for the room.

4. I also refused to pay a $91 on my bill and asked to see the counterfoil, an unfriendly girl at accounts desk told me she couldn't get it until Monday (we checked out on a Sunday)I left my mobile number and landline and asked that someone call me before this was taken from my account.

6. We ate only once in the restaurant, and while the food is good its not worth all the extra add ons to the bill gratuity tax etc. We went to a different restaurant daily, and Smith and Wolensky is great for steaks but go hungry.
