3. The next morning when we asked how to set up the wifi we were told it cost $14.75 per day Now it strikes me that when I spend $2 in Starbucks I get free internet access and when I spend $2,000 in this hotel they charge $14.

4. There is no WIFI available unless you pay through the TV or AT+T ,so you need to go to the local Starbucks ,this is ridiculous in a Manhattan Hotel in the majority of hotels it is standard and free.
