1. The guest room was clean and the bed fine (I prefer a cloud-like experience).

2. Our bathroom had a leaky sink faucet, the shower had to be turned off and on several times for it to work correctly, the shower curtain was sour, etc. The bed was comfortable with nice linens.

4. $100 is steep for a pet fee, but fortunately, our dog is a service animal, and they not only accepted her free, but sent her a pet bed and bowl set.
