4. While I don't have an issue with the cost, I do get upset when there are constant 'little' charges for everything above and beyond the base cost (the 10.95/day internet charge is the one that really gets to me).

8. Andrew took the time to call my bank and had them to release the first charge so that he could recharge my card and I wouldn't have to wait for a credit to post for the initial charge.

9. Checkout was a breeze (I used a debit card and was told that there would possibly be an extra charge to cover things until the hotel rate cleared, but I never saw one on my account).

10. Apparently self parking is quiet taxing on the parking attendant staff and if you change your mind or have plans change it is quite a hassle for them to press buttons to change it and refund you the money they charge your card every day.
