1. I was very mad, called the front desk and they gave me credit for my internet, offered me free breakfast and free drinks.

4. The club lounge is located on the 21st floor and offers the free breakfast and round the clock access to water, soda, etc. My room was spacious with a nice desk in the corner with the floor to ceiling windows behind the desk.
